隐私政策
Mint OS 现在是小范围内测版。这一页用大白话说清楚：你的数据在哪、会发给谁、怎么删掉。
数据在你的手机里
聊天记录、角色、他记得的事、照片、表情包和设置，都只存在这部手机里。
我们现在没有账号，也没有服务器，看不到你的任何内容。
API Key
你填的 API Key 存在系统钥匙串里（iPhone 的钥匙串、安卓的 Keystore），不会写进备份文件，也不会在界面上再显示出来。
会发给 AI 服务商的内容
为了让他回你，你和他的聊天、你发的照片和照片说明、他记得的事、你的名字和人设，会从手机直接发给你自己选的 AI 服务商（比如 DeepSeek、OpenAI、Anthropic），由它生成回复。
用云端语音时，要读出来的文字也会发给你选的语音服务商。
这些内容到了服务商那边，按它自己的隐私政策处理。接入之前，建议先看一眼它的条款。
举报
你举报的内容先记在这部手机里。只有你选了「发给我们」，并在邮件 App 里亲自点了发送，我们才会收到。
备份
备份文件由你自己保存和分享，里面不含 API Key。
只面向成年人
Mint OS 只给年满 18 周岁的人使用。
删除所有数据
设置 > 数据和备份 > 清除所有数据：聊天、角色、记忆、照片、设置和 Key 都会删掉，回到第一次打开的样子。卸载 App 也会删掉这些数据。
以后的变化
以后有了账号或服务器，我们会先更新这一页，并在 App 里告诉你。

Privacy Policy
Mint OS is in a small closed beta. This page says plainly where your data lives, who it's sent to, and how to delete it.
Your data stays on your phone
Chats, characters, the things he remembers, photos, stickers and settings are stored only on this phone.
There's no account and no server yet. We can't see any of your content.
API keys
Your API key is kept in the system keychain (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android). It never goes into backups and is never shown again.
What goes to the AI provider
So he can reply, your chats with him, the photos you send and their descriptions, what he remembers, and your name and persona are sent straight from your phone to the AI provider you chose (for example DeepSeek, OpenAI or Anthropic).
If you use a cloud voice, the text to be read aloud also goes to the voice provider you chose.
Once there, it's handled under that provider's own privacy policy. It's worth a look before you connect.
Reports
Reports are saved on this phone. We only receive one if you choose "Send to us" and then send the email yourself.
Backups
You keep and share backup files yourself. They never contain API keys.
Adults only
Mint OS is only for people 18 and older.
Delete everything
Settings > Data & Backup > Clear all data removes chats, characters, memories, photos, settings and keys, back to a fresh install. Uninstalling the app also deletes this data.
Changes
If we add accounts or a server later, we'll update this page first and let you know in the app.
